Realise that only the smaller units are selling fast. bigger units especially penthouse units have lots of left over. dnt know if developer are giving out more discount or cutting the prices to attract buyer. may consider getting a 2 bedroom penthouse if price is attractive or given better discount than initial launch.

Hi Jimmy,

All sellers or developers are looking at making profit at the end of the day. Should they be giving discounts to the units they are selling, it would be a bonus, nevertheless, if you put yourself in seller's position, would you like to sell your house with discount?
